1. What RatedPro is

RatedPro, operated by Open Hand Global Ventures LLC ("RatedPro," "we"), is a directory and review platform for professionals. Professional listings are sourced from public registration records; a professional does not need to register or consent to appear in the directory.

2. Submitting a review

A review only becomes public once RatedPro has verified that you have a genuine basis for reviewing that professional — you must submit supporting proof of engagement as part of your submission. RatedPro reviews this proof, may reject a submission that does not establish a genuine relationship, and reserves the right to remove any review at any time.

Your review must be your own honest account. You may not submit a review on behalf of someone else, submit a review about yourself or your own firm, or submit false or fabricated supporting proof. Violating this may result in your submission being rejected and, for repeated or serious violations, being barred from the platform.

3. Identity is optional

You choose whether a review publishes as "Verified Client" or under your name. If you choose to be named, the name must match your proof of engagement — RatedPro checks this during verification and will reject a submission where the name doesn't match. Your contact details are never published either way. RatedPro retains the minimum information needed to verify a review and, if necessary, respond to a legal process compelling disclosure — anonymity on the public page is not a guarantee against a valid court order.

4. No public right of reply

Professionals listed on RatedPro do not have an account or a public response feature in the current version of the platform. A professional who believes a specific review is based on fabricated or mismatched proof may submit a private request for re-verification, which RatedPro investigates.

5. Takedown requests

RatedPro acts as an intermediary hosting user-submitted content and responds to valid legal notices and court orders regarding specific content. Contact requests should be sent to the address on the About page.

6. Disclaimer

Reviews reflect the opinions of individual reviewers, not RatedPro. RatedPro verifies that a reviewer had a genuine engagement with the professional; it does not verify or endorse the accuracy of the opinions expressed within a review.
