About RatedPro

RatedPro exists because professionals — lawyers, doctors, architects, chartered accountants — and the firms and hospitals they work at, have operated for decades with almost no real public accountability. Google reviews are easy to fake or dispute. Directory badges only confirm a license number, not that anything actually happened between a professional and a client.

RatedPro reviews are different: a review only goes live once the person writing it proves they were actually a client. No proof, no review. The proof document itself is never published, never shown to the professional, and is permanently deleted the moment verification is complete — it exists only long enough to confirm the relationship was real.

Identity is the reviewer's choice — publish as "Verified Client" or under your own name, checked against your proof either way. Professionals do not get a public right-of-reply that lets a real complaint get buried in a dispute — they can privately ask RatedPro to re-check the proof behind a specific review, and that request is investigated, but it is not a public rebuttal.

The directory is not opt-in. Every listing — a lawyer, a doctor, a hospital, a firm — comes from public registration data, and a professional's workplace shows up as its own reviewable listing alongside them. Nobody has to sign up to be reviewable, because accountability shouldn't require consent.
