What we collect
To submit a review, we collect your review text, a star rating, a case or matter reference, a proof document (such as a vakalatnama, filing, or engagement letter), and an email address we can reach you at.
Your proof document is deleted, not stored
The proof document you upload is used only to verify that your review is based on a genuine professional relationship. Once a verification decision is made — approved or rejected — the document is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain vakalatnamas, medical records, invoices, or any other proof document past that point.
What stays private
Your email address and case reference are never shown publicly. Your name is up to you — leave it blank to publish as "Verified Client," or provide it to publish under your own name. Either way, only your star rating, review text, and that choice of identity are published once approved.
Why we still keep your email
We retain your contact email so we can reach you if verification requires follow-up, or if a professional submits a private request asking us to re-check the proof behind your review. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. Contact us via the address on the About page to exercise these rights.
